- 1 cup popped amaranth
- ¼ cup ground chufas
- ½ cup coconut drink (I used this one)
- agave syrup to the taste
- pinch of vanilla
- handful macadamias (or any nuts you like)
- fresh fruits (optional)
- Mix the dry ingredients (popped amaranth, chufas, and macadamias) together.
- Pour in your milk, add agave syrup and vanilla. Stir well.
- Garnish with fresh fruits.
